Irish Network Stevenage

Irish Network Stevenage (INS) has been working since 2007 to meet the social and welfare needs of older members within Stevenage and the surrounding areas. As an older people charity, they are open to all. They are constantly having successful social events with more and more people attending and everyone is welcome.

The events are a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

Here are the events available at the Community Centre to enjoy:

A Friday lunch club – a light lunch over a chat with friends, old and new
A Tea Dance – live entertainment with refreshments
An afternoon social – raffle, live music with a cuppa and biscuits
Bingo – complete with a cuppa and biscuits
Crafting – perhaps bring a new skill to the session
Exercise classes – nothing too strenuous, work at your own pace
Line dancing classes - for beginners and those more skilled
YogaLates – a mixture of yoga and Pilates to help increase core strength
