Tom Pena is a Licentiate member of the UK Alliance of Dance Teachers, has teaching experience of more than 30 years in fitness, sports, dance and martial arts. He can cover a wide variety of dance styles to keep your work out fun, invigorating and using proper dance steps and movement. He can offer modifications for any requirement to suit all abilities.
